Ashley Noeth, FNP-BC, CANS, brings over 17 years of experience to the aesthetic industry, having begun her journey in 2007. She has been a valued member of the MidAmerica team since 2016. Ashley earned her RN degree from Goldfarb Nursing School in 2004 and later achieved her Master of Nursing, becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. To further hone her expertise in aesthetics, she also attended the prestigious Skin Institute and is a certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS). Achieving CANS certification validates a nurse's specialized knowledge and skills in aesthetic procedures. It signifies that the nurse has met rigorous standards and possesses in-depth expertise in aesthetics.
As a Nurse Practitioner Injector in our Medical Spa, Ashley, FNP-BC, has been skillfully injecting cosmetics for over a decade, driven by her true passion for the field. Her expertise is so highly regarded that she travels as a GAIN trainer for Galderma, sharing her knowledge and educating fellow professionals across the Midwest.
Taylor Terveer is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in the aesthetics industry since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2015 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, both from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She further advanced her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in Saint Louis in 2021.
Taylor is passionate about helping men and women feel confident in their own skin. Her dedication to skincare and cosmetic treatments stems from her own struggles with skin issues during her adolescent years. She understands how even minor insecurities can significantly impact a person's confidence and performance in life, and she strives to help each of her patients look and feel their best. Taylor is committed to continued education to ensure she offers the most up-to-date procedures and techniques, aiming for the best possible outcomes for her patients. Ciara Bickline, BSN, RN, is a licensed nurse in Illinois with a diverse educational background. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing degree through Goldfarb School of Nursing’s accelerated nursing division and also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Originally a neurosurgery nurse, Ciara's true passion led her to the aesthetic industry. She has completed numerous independent aesthetic trainings and cadaver courses earning her certifications in procedures such as Botox, fillers, lasers, bio stimulants and more. Ciara is dedicated to continuous education and consistently trains on new treatment procedures to better serve her clients with the latest techniques and innovations.

Taylor Gall, BSN, RN, brings over 6 years of expertise as an aesthetic nurse and nurse injector to our team. She earned her RN/BSN from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2015. Before transitioning to aesthetics, she provided high-quality, high-energy care as a pediatric nurse at Saint Louis Children’s Hospital.
Taylor specializes in Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, collagen-stimulating treatments, and overall skin care. She is passionate about helping her patients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. Taylor's goal is to make everyone look as radiant on the outside as they feel on the inside, ensuring each patient leaves feeling their absolute best.
Madison (Madi) Reeves, L.E., is a licensed esthetician in both Illinois and Missouri. She obtained her esthetician license through The Skin Institute in Missouri. Madi specializes in chemical peels, custom facials, and dermaplaning, and she enjoys helping patients create customized skincare regimens tailored to their individual skin types and concerns.
Madi is passionate about helping her patients feel confident in their own skin and guiding them on their skin journey. She constantly attends esthetic conferences and events to bring the latest trends and techniques to our spa patients. Recently, she was accepted into the prestigious Mastering SkinCeuticals Professional Aesthetician program. Being part of this program ensures that Madi is well-versed in the latest scientific research, product formulations, and innovative techniques. This enables her to provide her clients with cutting-edge skincare solutions that deliver superior results, reinforcing her commitment to excellence in aesthetic care.
