Ashley Noeth, FNP-BC, brings over 17 years of experience to the aesthetic industry, having begun her journey in 2007. She has been a valued member of the MidAmerica team since 2016. Ashley earned her RN degree from Goldfarb Nursing School in 2004 and later achieved her Master of Nursing, becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. To further hone her expertise in aesthetics, she also attended the prestigious Skin Institute and is a certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS). Achieving CANS certification validates a nurse's specialized knowledge and skills in aesthetic procedures. It signifies that the nurse has met rigorous standards and possesses in-depth expertise in aesthetics.

As a Nurse Practitioner Injector in our Medical Spa, Ashley, FNP-BC, has been skillfully injecting cosmetics for over a decade, driven by her true passion for the field. Her expertise is so highly regarded that she travels as a GAIN trainer for Galderma, sharing her knowledge and educating fellow professionals across the Midwest.

Taylor Terveer is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in the aesthetics industry since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2015 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, both from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She further advanced her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in Saint Louis in 2021.

Taylor is passionate about helping men and women feel confident in their own skin. Her dedication to skincare and cosmetic treatments stems from her own struggles with skin issues during her adolescent years. She understands how even minor insecurities can significantly impact a person's confidence and performance in life, and she strives to help each of her patients look and feel their best. Taylor is committed to continued education to ensure she offers the most up-to-date procedures and techniques, aiming for the best possible outcomes for her patients. Her goal is to make you look like a refreshed version of yourself by focusing on enhancing your natural features, ensuring that you leave feeling beautiful and empowered.

Ciara Bickline, RN, BSN, is a licensed nurse in Illinois with a diverse educational background. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing degree through Goldfarb School of Nursing’s accelerated nursing division and also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Originally a neurosurgery nurse, Ciara's true passion led her to the aesthetic industry. She has completed numerous independent aesthetic trainings and cadaver courses earning her certifications in procedures such as Botox, fillers, lasers, bio stimulants and more. Ciara is dedicated to continuous education and consistently trains on new treatment procedures to better serve her clients with the latest techniques and innovations.

Ciara loves making her clients feel and look like the best version of themselves, focusing on enhancing their natural beauty.

Taylor Gall, RN, BSN, brings over 6 years of expertise as an aesthetic nurse and nurse injector to our team. She earned her RN/BSN from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2015. Before transitioning to aesthetics, she provided high-quality, high-energy care as a pediatric nurse at Saint Louis Children’s Hospital.

Taylor specializes in Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, laser treatments, collagen-stimulating treatments, and overall skincare. She is passionate about helping her patients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. Taylor's goal is to make everyone look as radiant on the outside as they feel on the inside, ensuring each patient leaves feeling their absolute best.

Madison (Madi) Reeves, L.E., is a licensed esthetician in both Illinois and Missouri. She obtained her esthetician license through The Skin Institute in Missouri. Madi specializes in chemical peels, custom facials, and dermaplaning, and she enjoys helping patients create customized skincare regimens tailored to their individual skin types and concerns.

Madi is passionate about helping her patients feel confident in their own skin and guiding them on their skin journey. She constantly attends esthetic conferences and events to bring the latest trends and techniques to our spa patients. Recently, she was accepted into the prestigious Mastering SkinCeuticals Professional Aesthetician program. Being part of this program ensures that Madi is well-versed in the latest scientific research, product formulations, and innovative techniques. This enables her to provide her clients with cutting-edge skincare solutions that deliver superior results, reinforcing her commitment to excellence in aesthetic care.

Meredith obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has over 8 years of patient care and managerial experience. Meredith manages the day-to-day operations of the office and keeps things organized and running smoothly.

Haley has been with MidAmerica Medical Spa since 2020. Originally serving as a Medical Spa Coordinator, Haley’s passion for aesthetics led her to the role of Medical Spa Manager. Haley handles all spa inquiries and oversees the day-to-day activities at MidAmerica Medical Spa. while also assisting our provider and med-spa coordinator teams.

With over a decade of experience as a patient care coordinator, Katie is a certified medical assistant who earned her degree from Southwestern Illinois College. In her role as Cosmetic Team Manager, she ensures that our patients are thoroughly prepared for their surgical journeys by offering education and support for their procedures from start to finish.

Brittney has an extensive background in patient care, with over ten years experience working as a Registered Medical Assistant before transitioning into her role as a Patient Care Coordinator. Brittney educates patients on their elected procedures and helps them navigate their surgical journeys.

Ashley is our non-surgical Patient Care Coordinator. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville in 2018 and a Master’s in Kinesiology/Exercise and Sport Psychology in 2021. Her passion for patient health makes her a wonderful addition to our spa team. Ashley is the go-to for all questions regarding medical spa services.

Payton is dedicated to ensuring that your experience at MidAmerica Medical Spa exceeds expectations. She is ready to assist with any questions, help you schedule appointments, and streamline your check-in and check-out procedures for a seamless visit.

Meaghan received her Associate’s in Applied Science and Associate Degree in Nursing from Lewis and Clark Community College. Meaghan is a great addition to the MidAmerica team due to her 14+ years of nursing experience, formerly serving as a pre/post-op nurse at Washington University. You’ll see Meaghan for your pre and post-op appointments at MidAmerica. Meaghan is a great resource to ask when it comes to all of your pre and post-op care questions.

In 2018, Kaitlyn earned her nursing degree from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, and in 2023, she became a CDCES (certified diabetes care and education specialist). With her background as a diabetes educator, Kaitlyn brings invaluable expertise to our weight loss clinic, where she plays a crucial role in educating patients on effective weight management strategies.

Mackenzie received her Associate of Applied Science and M.A. in 2018. Mackenzie works within our cosmetics surgery department, assisting Dr. Diederich with procedures in our office. She is also available to answer any medical questions our patients have and strives to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

Cassie received her Bachelor’s in Biology from Eastern Illinois University. Her day-to-day consists of rooming patients, scheduling appointments, suture removals, and prepping patients for their procedures.

Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. In her role, Erin manages all specialty projects within our practice, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Shawn joined MidAmerica Plastic Surgery in 2015. With her many years experience at MidAmerica, Shawn manages the day-to-day administrative tasks at our office while also providing comprehensive support to our management teams. Her dedication and resourcefulness contributes to the overall effectiveness and success of our practice.

Kate is our Marketing Manager at MidAmerica Plastic Surgery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Illinois – Edwardsville. Her background includes social media and website management, communications, and digital strategy.

Holly began working at MidAmerica Medical Spa in 2020 as a medical spa coordinator. Her knowledge of spa services and products has made her an asset to our marketing department. She received her BA in Art History from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

Paige received her Bachelor of Science from Murray State University before obtaining her Master’s in Arts from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Paige’s experience in social media management and content creation makes her a great resource to the marketing team.
