To give a fuller appearance, Dr. Diederich performed a bilateral breast augmentation on this 36-year-old patient using 385cc silicone breast implants. To complete her look, the patient also wished to decrease the size of her nipples. Dr. Diederich performed a bilateral nipple reduction to achieve her desired results.
